Dr. Padma Singh is an accomplished legal academic and researcher with more than 10 years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience. She is currently serving as Assistant Professor in Business Law at National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. Her areas of expertise include Corporate Law, Securities Law and Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property Rights, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Consumer Protection Law, International Commercial Arbitration, and Corporate Crime. She has authored the book Navigating the Dice: Regulatory Framework of Gambling, Betting and Online Gaming in India published by Thomson Reuters and has published extensively in UGC CARE, Scopus, and other reputed journals. Dr. Singh has guided undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral scholars, delivered expert lectures across universities and government platforms, and actively contributed to academic governance, research development, and legal education initiatives.
