Dr. Akshay Bhargava is an academician and legal researcher specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, and emerging intersections of law with technology and sustainability. Currently serving as Assistant Professor of Law at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior, he holds a Ph.D. in Law from Amity University Madhya Pradesh.
