Prof. (Dr.) Rakhi Singh Chouhan is a distinguished legal academician, researcher, and practitioner with over 23 years of professional experience spanning legal practice, teaching, and academic leadership. Currently serving as Principal at the Department of Law, Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior, she has previously held key leadership roles at Amity University and Chandigarh Law College. She holds a Ph.D. in Law and is a university gold medalist in LL.M. Her expertise includes constitutional law, gender justice, cyber law, environmental law, and dispute resolution mechanisms. Dr. Chouhan has authored numerous research papers, books, and edited volumes, with publications in UGC CARE and Scopus-indexed journals. She is actively engaged as a keynote speaker, mediator, legal expert, and resource person, contributing significantly to legal education, policy discourse, and societal awareness.
