Dr. Nupur Sharma is a seasoned academician, trainer, and entrepreneur with over 14 years of cross-sector experience spanning higher education, corporate training, and early learning. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, she is known for her learner-centric approach and ability to design impactful, engaging academic and training content.
A Ph.D. in Management and MBA Gold Medalist, her research focuses on managing transformational change and stress in public sector enterprises. She has actively contributed to academic research, consulting, and curriculum development, while also mentoring postgraduate students and professionals.
