Dr. Sonal Agarwal is an accomplished academician, management professional, and corporate trainer with expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Innovation Management, Financial Services, and Entrepreneurship. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, with research focused on innovative work practices and organizational performance in the Indian insurance industry. She possesses rich experience across academia and industry, including over 5 years in the insurance and financial services sector with IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance and more than 7 years of teaching experience at reputed institutions such as IIIT Allahabad, MNNIT Allahabad, BIT Mesra, and LINC Education Singapore. She is also a Certified Independent Director and actively contributes to financial education initiatives with SEBI and Women in Insurance-India (Wiin).
