Dr. Garima Mathur

Dr. Garima Mathur is a distinguished academician, researcher, and Professor at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Gwalior, with over 20 years of experience in higher education, research, academic administration, and institutional development. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Research Methodology, and Talent Management. She has served in several leadership roles, including Head of MBA Programme, Head of HR Specialization, Head of BBA Programme, and Coordinator of the Research Development Cell. She is a University-approved Ph.D. Guide with 13 awarded doctoral scholars and has made significant contributions to curriculum development, accreditation initiatives (NBA and NAAC), institutional autonomy, faculty development, and research ecosystem strengthening. Dr. Mathur has an extensive publication record comprising Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC-CARE indexed research publications, edited books, international case studies, and book chapters.
