Dr. Ritesh Tirole is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at U V Patel College of Engineering, Ganpat University, Mehsana, Gujarat. He has over 25 years of teaching, research, academic administration, and leadership experience in engineering education. His academic expertise includes electrical engineering, power electronics, renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, distributed energy resources, microgrids, industrial automation, smart grids, power quality, and electromagnetic interference in photovoltaic systems. He has served in academic and administrative roles including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Reader, Lecturer, Coordinator, Director, CSES Coordinator, and NAAC Coordinator. He is a Gold Medalist in Master of Engineering, recipient of the Mewar Scientist Award 2023, Best Engineer Award 2023, Best Faculty Award, and Best Research Paper Award. His contributions include government funded projects, patents, design registrations, research publications, book chapters, curriculum development, keynote lectures, conference reviewing, and organization of academic programmes.
