Dr. Pasuluri Bindu Swetha is a highly accomplished academician and innovation leader with over 17 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She specializes in VLSI design, digital systems, embedded systems, and AI-driven engineering solutions. She is currently serving as Professor in ECE and Dean of Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship at Ravindar College of Engineering for Women. She has made significant contributions to research with 45+ journal and conference publications, 10+ books/book chapters, and 15 patents. Dr. Swetha has mentored over 30+ UG and PG scholars and has been actively involved in innovation ecosystems, institutional development, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
