Dr. Mohammed Said Jaboob is an accomplished academician, researcher, quality assurance professional, and management expert currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the College of Commerce and Business Administration, Dhofar University, Sultanate of Oman. He earned his Ph.D. in Leadership and Management from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). His research interests include Leadership and Management, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) in Higher Education, Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, International Management, and Operations Management. He has played a significant role in institutional accreditation initiatives including QS Ranking, OAAA accreditation, and AACSB accreditation processes. Dr. Jaboob has published numerous research papers in prestigious Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals and actively contributes as an editorial board member and reviewer for several international journals.
