About
Prof. (Dr.) Deepali Singh is an accomplished academic administrator, researcher, educator, and policy expert with over 18 years of experience in higher education, research management, governance studies, and institutional administration. She is currently serving as Associate Dean (R&D Cell) at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, and previously served as Dean & Principal at NIMS University Rajasthan. Her expertise spans political science, public administration, women empowerment, governance, Panchayati Raj, research policy, public administration reforms, AI in governance, and multidisciplinary research development. She has extensive experience in NAAC/NIRF compliance, academic leadership, Ph.D. supervision, research policy implementation, faculty development, research funding strategies, institutional quality enhancement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Prof. Singh has published numerous Scopus, UGC CARE, and peer-reviewed research papers, authored books and book chapters, filed patents and copyrights, supervised Ph.D. scholars, and organized national and international conferences, workshops, and FDPs.
