Dr. Aline Yacoubian is a healthcare leadership researcher, human resource management specialist, medical education professional, mentor, keynote speaker, and organizational behavior expert with over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, graduate medical education, academic coordination, research, and leadership development. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Resource Management from Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth, Lebanon. Her research focuses on workplace bullying, burnout, psychosocial safety climate, occupational well-being, gender equity, mentoring, coaching, organizational behavior, healthcare management, and leadership. She currently serves as Executive Assistant and Senior Graduate Medical Education Program Coordinator at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC). She has authored numerous publications indexed in Scopus and PubMed and actively contributes to faculty development, healthcare leadership, medical education innovation, and workplace well-being initiatives.
