Dr. Yogesh Vaishnaw is a dynamic academician and media professional specializing in journalism, mass communication, and digital media studies. Currently serving as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Journalism & Mass Communication at Kalinga University, Chhattisgarh, he brings a unique blend of academic expertise and industry experience.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mass Communication, is UGC-NET qualified, and has been a gold medalist at both undergraduate and M.Phil. levels. With over 7 years of experience (including 3 years in media industry roles), he has worked with leading media organizations such as Dainik Bhaskar and contributed to television and digital journalism.
Dr. Vaishnaw has published multiple research papers in UGC CARE journals and actively participates in national and international conferences. His research focuses on digital media, communication strategies, journalism ethics, and media impact on society.
