Dr. Vinod Dhingra

Dr.Vinod Dhingra is a Senior Scientific Officer at the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Gwalior (Home Department, Madhya Pradesh). With over two decades of service in forensic toxicology and chemistry, Dr.Dhingra has analyzed numerous police case exhibits, delivered extensive forensic training to police officers, and contributed significantly to forensic education and research. He has served as Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Model Science College, Gwalior, and S.K.R. Degree College, Dabra, and as a Senior Research Fellow at IIT Delhi, where he synthesized chemotherapeutic agents tested by the National Cancer Institute, Maryland, USA.

Dr. Dhingra has authored and co-authored numerous scientific papers published in national and international journals, covering topics such as toxicology, analytical chemistry, and forensic case studies. He has presented research at multiple national and international conferences, delivered invited lectures to police, judiciary officers, and postgraduate students, and contributed to the training of forensic professionals. His academic foundation in chemistry and his deep engagement with forensic science make him a distinguished authority in forensic toxicology, analytical chemistry, and crime scene investigation.
