Dr. Tavseef Ahmad Mir is a dedicated academician and researcher in the field of Public Administration and Governance, currently serving as Assistant Professor (Contractual) at the University of Kashmir, Srinagar. With a strong foundation in public policy, constitutional law, and governance systems, he brings over a decade of teaching and academic engagement experience.
He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and has qualified UGC-NET, along with being a MANF Fellow. His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding governance frameworks, citizen-centric administration, and public sector challenges, particularly in the context of developing regions.
Dr. Mir has actively contributed to research on public policy, healthcare administration, COVID-19 governance, decentralization, and sustainable development. His work has been published in reputed national and international journals.
