Dr. Talkeshwar Ray is a highly accomplished academician and researcher in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering, currently serving as Assistant Professor at Himalayan University. With a strong academic foundation and extensive teaching experience, he specializes in soil-structure interaction, earthquake engineering, and geotechnical analysis.
