Dr. Shrikrishna Dhakad is a seasoned academician, researcher, and academic administrator with over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Professor & Head of Mechanical Engineering and Dean Academic at UIT-RGPV, Shivpuri, he has made significant contributions in the domains of thermal engineering, energy systems, fatigue analysis, and gasification technologies.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and possesses strong expertise in heat transfer, fuel cells, renewable energy systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies. Dr. Dhakad has an extensive research portfolio with numerous Scopus-indexed publications, international conference contributions, book chapters, and over 25 patents, including granted patents at national and international levels.
He has actively led and organized multiple national and international conferences, FDPs, and research initiatives, and has delivered expert lectures across reputed institutions. In addition to his academic contributions, he serves as a business consultant for industry projects and has been recognized with prestigious awards such as the Best Teacher Award.
Dr. Dhakad is also a recognized Ph.D. supervisor and has guided multiple postgraduate and doctoral scholars, contributing significantly to research development and academic excellence in engineering education.
