Dr. Shilpa Patel is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering, research, and industry-driven roles. She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from EIU, France, with specialized research in superconductivity, finite element modeling (FEM), and smart grid energy storage systems.
Currently serving as a Research Supervisor at LIPS Research, she actively mentors MSc and Ph.D. scholars, guiding them in advanced research methodologies, thesis development, and scientific publications. Her work focuses on high-temperature superconducting magnetic energy storage systems and smart material applications.
In addition to her academic contributions, Dr. Patel brings valuable industry experience across business development, insurance operations, and customer service leadership. This unique blend of academic expertise and industry exposure enables her to bridge the gap between theoretical research and real-world applications.
