About
Dr. Sheenu Jain is a distinguished academician, master trainer, and government capacity-building specialist with over 20 years of experience spanning academia, public sector training, entrepreneurship development, and corporate consulting. Currently serving as Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at LNMIIT, Jaipur, and Centre Lead for Entrepreneurship, she also leads her venture as Founder & Chief Innovator at Skairos.
Her expertise lies in leadership development, innovation, behavioral training, and large-scale capacity-building programs across ministries, PSUs, and academic ecosystems. She has worked extensively with government bodies including the Ministry of Education, MSME, AICTE, and international organizations, delivering high-impact training programs for IAS officers, administrative cadres, and institutional leaders.
Dr. Jain has played a pivotal role in establishing entrepreneurship ecosystems, incubation centres, and startup mentoring frameworks. She is also a globally recognized trainer and award-winning entrepreneur, including recognition as a winner in the World Bank–CES Global Tech Challenge.
Her multidisciplinary academic background combined with hands-on experience in public policy training, startup ecosystems, and leadership development makes her a highly impactful mentor and trainer in both academic and government domains.
