Dr. Shatrudhan Pandey is a dynamic academician, researcher, educator, trainer, and mentor with over eight years of experience spanning teaching, research, academic administration, and institutional development. He currently serves as Assistant Professor – Research at the Marwadi University Research Center, Faculty of Management Studies, Marwadi University, Rajkot, where he leads interdisciplinary research in industrial engineering, process safety management, circular economy, sustainability, supply chain management, and smart manufacturing. He holds a Ph.D. in Production and Industrial Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, where his doctoral research focused on applying Artificial Intelligence techniques to enhance workplace safety in steel industries.
