Dr. Sabzar Ahmad Peerzadah is a researcher, educator, and management scholar specializing in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge Management. He currently serves as Lecturer in the Department of Commerce at Government Degree College D. H. Pora, Kulgam, affiliated with the University of Kashmir. He earned his Ph.D. in Commerce from the University of Kashmir with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. His doctoral research examined leadership and innovation in public sector R&D organizations in India. His research has been published in leading ABDC, ABS, Scopus, and Web of Science indexed journals.
