Dr. Raj Kumar is an experienced academician and management professional with over 15+ years of teaching and administrative experience in the field of commerce and management. Currently serving as Head of Department (MBA) at GNIOT Institute, Greater Noida, he has held several academic leadership roles including Associate Professor and HOD across reputed institutions.
He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce with research focused on the paradigm shift from BPO to KPO in the insurance sector, and possesses strong expertise in financial accounting, auditing, and banking. Dr. Kumar has contributed to academic excellence through teaching, examination coordination, NAAC-related quality initiatives, and MIS system implementation.
He has published multiple research papers in national and international journals, authored books, and holds patents. He has actively participated in conferences, FDPs, and academic workshops, and continues to contribute to research, teaching, and institutional development in higher education.
