Mr. Rahul Shrivastava is a legal academician and researcher specializing in Criminal and Security Law. Currently serving as Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior, he has prior teaching experience at ITM University. He is pursuing his Ph.D. from Jiwaji University and holds an LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law. His academic interests include constitutional law, cyber law, and the intersection of law and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
