Dr. Prerna Grover is a highly accomplished neuroscientist and molecular biologist with expertise in neurodegenerative diseases, protein aggregation, and cellular mechanisms. Currently serving as a DBT-RA Postdoctoral Fellow at AIIMS New Delhi, she has extensive research experience in neuroscience, biochemistry, and molecular biology.
She completed her Ph.D. with Magna Cum Laude honors from Ruhr University Bochum and the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Physiology, Germany. Her research focuses on prion proteins, α-synuclein aggregation, and neurodegenerative disease mechanisms.
She has strong expertise in experimental design, scientific writing, and advanced laboratory techniques, along with multiple high-impact publications in reputed journals such as Nature Communications and ACS Chemical Neuroscience. She is also actively involved in academic collaborations, editorial work, and mentoring.
