Dr. Prashant Kumar Srivastava is an experienced legal academician, researcher, and practitioner with over 12 years of professional experience spanning academia, legal practice, and research. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at the Institute of Legal Studies, SRMU, Lucknow, he has made significant contributions to legal education, research, and institutional development.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law with specialization in constitutional law and freedom of speech and expression. His academic expertise includes human rights, administrative law, and emerging legal challenges in the digital and global context. Dr. Srivastava has been recognized with multiple Research Excellence Awards and has actively contributed to academic governance through roles in AQAC, Board of Studies, Proctorial Board, and research coordination committees.
He has authored books, published extensively in UGC CARE journals, and served on editorial boards of several national and international journals. His strong engagement in academic mentorship is reflected in guiding PhD scholars and supervising numerous postgraduate dissertations.
