About
Dr. Pradip Das is a highly accomplished Library and Information Science professional with more than 35 years of experience in library management, knowledge management, information dissemination, digital libraries, library automation, accreditation documentation, and research support services. He has extensive expertise in establishing and modernizing academic and corporate libraries, implementing digital learning platforms, managing knowledge resource centres, and developing SOPs, library manuals, and institutional library policies. He has played a significant role in supporting NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC, and ISO accreditation processes while actively contributing to IQAC activities and institutional quality enhancement initiatives. Currently serving as Chief Librarian at IILM University, Greater Noida, he manages large-scale knowledge resource centres, digital repositories, e-resources, library automation systems, and accreditation-related documentation. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held leadership positions at IILM University, MIT Art Design & Technology University, NMIMS, Pidilite Industries, and United Phosphorus Ltd. His contributions to knowledge management, digital transformation of libraries, information literacy, research support, and institutional development have earned him recognition as a respected academic leader in Library and Information Science.
