Dr. Momin Ali

Dr. Momin Ali is currently working as Assistant Professor in English at the Department of Humanities and Sciences, MLR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India. Dr. Ali holds PhD in English Language Teaching at the Department of English, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, UP, India. Dr. Ali has done his Bachelor of Arts in Communicative English and Master of Arts in English Language Teaching, respectively from the same Department. He has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Linguistics from the Department of Linguistics, AMU. He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of English (PGCTE) and a Post Graduate Diploma in the Teaching of English (PGDTE) from the SDE, the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad. Dr. Ali has Two research paper published in International Peer-Reviewed Journals titled, “Theatre for Teacher Education to Prepare Teachers in an Inclusive Classroom: A Historical Perspective of India and Southeast Asia” and “Is English a nemesis to learners’ academic progression? A case study of the rural college entrants in Medinipur.” Two Global Initiative of Academic Networks (GIAN), approved by the Govt. of India courses titled, Electronic Literature and Artificial Intelligence: Theory and Practice of Digital Storytelling, and Subtitling Screened Dialogue: The Pragmatics of Audio-Visual Translation are there to his credit. He has qualified Telangana State-State Eligibility Test in Linguistics in July-2019. Dr. Ali regularly attends National and International conferences, seminars, workshops, symposiums and colloquiums.
