Dr. Manoj Kumar Bhatia is a seasoned academic leader, management expert, and institutional strategist with over 29 years of experience in higher education and industry. Currently serving as Pro Vice Chancellor at Gyanveer University, Sagar, he has held several senior leadership roles including Dean, Director, and Campus Head across prestigious institutions in India and abroad.
He holds a Ph.D. in Management and has also been awarded an Honorary Doctorate (D.Litt.) for his contributions to education. Dr. Bhatia has been instrumental in establishing and managing multiple academic campuses, including international operations in Australia, and has led institutions through growth, accreditation, and academic excellence.
His expertise lies in academic administration, strategic planning, marketing, and institutional development. He has significant experience in NAAC processes, curriculum development, faculty leadership, and research supervision, making him a key contributor to higher education advancement.
