About
Dr M M Bagali is a senior management academician and research leader with more than twenty four years of experience in higher education, research, mentoring, and academic leadership. He has served as Dean, Academic Head, Director, and Professor across leading management institutions in India. He has completed two doctoral degrees and holds post doctoral experience in human resource management. He has guided sixteen doctoral scholars and eleven MPhil candidates, and has contributed more than one hundred fifty research publications and academic writings. His expertise lies in human resources, leadership development, organisational behaviour, and research mentoring. He actively contributes as a PhD examiner, editorial board member, and advisor to national and international academic bodies including global research communities
