Karthik is an Associate Professor of Management Studies with extensive academic, research, and industry experience in Human Resource Management, Marketing, organizational development, entrepreneurship, finance, and management education. He holds a Ph.D. in HRM and has contributed extensively to research publications, conference presentations, academic mentoring, and professional development programmes. His research interests also extend to emerging applications of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, digital marketing, talent management, and technology-enabled HR practices.
