Dr. Karthick K is a seasoned academician, administrator, and quality assurance expert with over 16 years of experience in management education. Currently serving as Head of the Department of Management at Nilgiri College of Arts and Science, he also holds key institutional responsibilities as IQAC Coordinator and NIRF Coordinator.
He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University with specialization in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. His expertise lies in emotional intelligence, teaching effectiveness, HR practices, and academic quality frameworks.
Dr. Karthick has played a pivotal role in institutional accreditation and ranking processes, successfully contributing to achieving NAAC A++ grade and NIRF ranking band (201–300). He has also served as NAAC External Auditor and Senate Member at Bharathiar University, reflecting his strong engagement in higher education governance.
He has an extensive research profile with publications in Scopus and Web of Science journals, along with multiple book publications. His contributions span teaching, research, accreditation, academic leadership, and consultancy in HR and quality assurance.
