She has led multiple institutions in Bhopal including M K Ponda College, Laxmipati College, and SAM College, contributing significantly to academic excellence, accreditation processes, and institutional growth. Her research specialization lies in plant biotechnology, phytochemistry, and micropropagation of medicinal plants.
She has successfully executed UGC-funded research projects, published numerous research papers, authored books, and holds multiple patents. Her leadership extends to organizing mega academic events, managing training & placement cells, and conducting university-level examinations and inspections.
