Dr. Iman Farshchi is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and civil engineering expert with extensive international experience in engineering education, research, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Associate Professor and Dean at MAHSA University, Malaysia, he has led multidisciplinary faculties and driven academic excellence through Outcome-Based Education (OBE), accreditation frameworks, and global collaborations.
With deep expertise in geotechnical and structural engineering, sustainability, and AI integration in education, he has spearheaded the development of numerous academic programs, micro-credentials, and international partnerships with universities in the UK and beyond. His leadership includes directing large-scale projects such as AI-driven sustainable eco-park initiatives and fostering industry-aligned research and innovation.
