Dr. Ekta Chahal is an accomplished academician, researcher, educational leader, mentor, and administrator with extensive experience in higher education, teaching, curriculum development, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Dean of the School of Social Science & Humanities and Director of Youth & Cultural Affairs at NIILM University, Kaithal, she has demonstrated excellence in academic administration, faculty leadership, curriculum innovation, and student engagement. With expertise in English Literature, Feminism, Indian Writing in English, Educational Leadership, and Humanities research, she actively contributes to quality assurance initiatives through IQAC and Academic Council responsibilities.
