Dr. Dipali Saxena is an accomplished academician, researcher, and food technologist with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership in the domain of food science and nutrition. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV), Indore, she has made significant contributions to research, curriculum development, and academic coordination.
She holds a Ph.D. in Food Technology and is a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Her research focuses on functional foods, sustainable food processing, gluten-free product development, and food safety. With over 45 research publications in UGC CARE, peer-reviewed, and Scopus-indexed journals, she has established a strong presence in the academic research community.
Dr. Saxena is also an active Ph.D. supervisor, curriculum developer under NEP 2020, and organizer of national and international conferences, workshops, and FDPs. Her work bridges food technology innovation with nutritional sustainability and community development, contributing to both academic excellence and societal impact.
