Dr. D.M. Arvind Mallik is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and EdTech innovator with over 19 years of experience in management education, specializing in marketing, digital transformation, and emerging technologies such as AI and Virtual Reality.
He is recognized for pioneering India’s first immersive VR-integrated MBA curriculum and has received 15+ national-level awards for innovative teaching methodologies. His academic contributions include 80+ research publications, 5 authored books, patents, and extensive work in design thinking, neuromarketing, and sustainability.
Currently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the MBA Department at PESITM, he has led multiple accreditation initiatives (NBA/NAAC), industry collaborations, and academic innovation programs. His leadership has resulted in high student performance outcomes and strong industry integration.
Dr. Mallik is also an active keynote speaker (including TEDx), researcher, and consultant, contributing significantly to bridging academia, technology, and industry.
