She holds a Ph.D. in Management with research focused on India’s insurance sector and has qualified UGC-NET in Management. Her academic journey spans prestigious institutions including Jaipuria Institute of Management, TAPMI School of Business, and Manipal University Jaipur.
Dr. Jha has an impressive research portfolio with multiple Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC-indexed publications in areas such as fintech, AI in finance, blockchain, sustainable finance, and financial inclusion.
