He holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management & Tourism along with an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. His expertise spans hospitality operations, tourism management, artificial intelligence applications in hospitality, and sustainable tourism development.
Dr. Bhattacharya has an impressive portfolio of research publications in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, authored multiple books, and holds numerous patents in AI-driven hospitality systems, revenue management, and HR automation. He actively contributes as a reviewer, editor, and resource person in international conferences and academic forums.
