Dr. Ashis Kumar Sa is a young academician and researcher in Economics, currently serving as Assistant Professor at O.P. Jindal University, Raigarh. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics with specialization in agricultural insurance and rural economic development, focusing on the Western Climatic Zone of Odisha.
He is UGC-NET qualified multiple times and a recipient of NFOBC JRF. His research interests include agricultural economics, crop insurance, financial inclusion, rural development, and environmental economics. He has published multiple research papers in peer-reviewed journals and actively participates in national and international conferences, FDPs, and workshops. He is also proficient in data analytics tools such as Python, SPSS, JAMOVI, and Power BI, integrating AI-driven research methodologies into economic analysis.
